If you wish to cancel an order, please do so before it is shipped. Once the product has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled through our website.
Returns and exchanges are applicable only to select products. Detailed eligibility and conditions are mentioned on the respective product pages. For most products, the standard return window is 3 days.

If pick-up service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product to our office address.
Return/Exchange charges may apply on a case-to-case basis.
Items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
Products should have the original packaging and tags intact. Items without original tags will not be accepted.
Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return/Exchange requests not raised within the return period (refer product page) will not be accepted.
